Returns, refunds and exchanges of your items:

 

You have 15 days to return an item that does not suit you in terms of size, for example.

 

To process your request, we ask that you inform us in advance by email : click on "account / forms / my order history / detail of an order delivered / return application form" and tell us the reason for the return.

 

You must return the item(s), unworn with the labeling and packaging. Upon receipt and control of your return, a credit to the amount of your order (excluding shipping costs) is generated with a code to use on the site.

 

If you wish, you can also get a refund for your purchase (excluding shipping costs) by direct deposit to the credit card used for payment.
