Are MySenses patches resistant to frequent washing?
The MySenses products have been tested and can withstand up to 25 washes (about 2 washes per week, for 3 months). The patches resist if you follow the care instructions on garments.
Just remember not to iron the patch.
What are the patches made of? ?
The patches are 100% cotton for the garments of the Temp’collection, the Hot collection and some of the Sun Collection garments (oustide the bath collection)
The patches are in silicone and waterproof for the Cold Collection and the Sun bathing suits.
In cotton or in silicon, the patches have been tested and proven harmless for the skin.
How the Temp' and Hot patches work? ?
The patches are in cotton printed using thermocromic dyes, they gradually change color when there are changes in temperature (the baby body temperature or the bath water temperature for exemple). When the patch is not in contact with the heat source, it turns back to its initial colour.
How the Cold patches work?
The silicone patches use thermocromic dyes, it reacts to the change in outside temperature. When the patch is in a tempered environment, it turns back to its initial colour.
How the Sun patches work ?
The Sun patches use photocromic dyes, which gradually change color when the UV rays rise. The cotton patches are printed ; on the silicone patch, the dyes are integrated to the patch (for the bathing suit). When the patch is not exposed to the UV rays, it turns back to its initial colour.
Who invented the patch ?
This is a Canadian technology from Québec, which is patented. The idea was to use thermochromic and photochromic dyes to be printed or inserted within patches. These products have encountered great success already in Canada, the United States and the UK.
How to choose the right size ?
Please refer to our size guide to find the right size for your baby or child.
To optimize how the patch works, it is important to wear the right size (not too big, not too small).

How to create an account ?
By clicking on the home page at the top right on "customer area", you can fill out a form to create a customer account. An email will be sent to confirm your customer number: you will then be able to access your "customer area" for future orders.
You will receive a preview of all our offers (promotions, news, etc ...)
Are my personal information confidential ?
We only use your private information for customer account purposes (order preparation, order tracking, information specific to our website…).
If you wish to receive information from our partners, you can decide by asking on the site (cf neswletter page)
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, at any time you have a right to access your data and do any changes or deletion of data you have provided via our site.

How to order ?
If you didn't create an account, at the time of order confirmation, you will have to create one to proceed with your order.
If your account is already created, you can navigate the site and place an order at any moment.
How do I know my order has been taken into account ?
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after validation of your order.
Can I track my order ?
In the confirmation email of your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can also view your order transactions in the "customer area" under "my order".
Can I send a gift with a personalized card to a different address?
Yes, of course. Click on "send a gift" at the time of your order confirmation; you will be able to send a customized message; it will be printed on a nice MySenses card and sent in a tulle bag (extra cost 2 €)
Specify the address to which you want your gift to be sent.
No price is, of course, listed on the item.
What is the delivery time ?
Depending on the method of delivery and product availability, your order processing time and delivery is between 48 h (Chronopost) and 5 days (Colissimo).
What is the shipping price ?
Shipping with Colissimo is free for orders of 60 € and above.
Orders under 60 € are subject to a fee of 5.9 € with Colissimo (with tracking) and 11.9 € for Chronopost for shipment in France.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery ?
Colissimo : the parcel will be dropped in your letterbox if the size allows it; otherwise you will have 15 days to collect your parcel at the postoffice upon presentation of the undelivered notice and proof of identity.

Is my credit card payment secure ?
You can choose between 4 payment credit cards : Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We use the BNP Mercanet secure system. You can also use Paypal for your purchase. For your security all data are encrypted.
When do I get charged on my bank account ?
You are charged at the time of your order.
Can I get an invoice ?
Yes, click on "my account/my orders", you will be able to print your invoice.
What if a product does not suit me ?
You have 15 days to return an item from the date of receipt of your package. Contact us by email to inform us of the return; go in the "contact" page and list all the items returned on your order. It is important that the product is returned in its original packaging and labeling, without being worn, and with the delivery note.
The shipping costs are your responsibility; we advise you to use Colissimo which gives a tracking number.
How do I get a refund ?
Upon receipt and control of your return, a credit to the amount of your order (excluding shipping costs) is generated with a code to use on the site. You will find your credit note in the "customer area" and it is valid for a year.
If you wish, you can also get a refund for your purchase (excluding shipping costs) by direct deposit to the credit card used for payment within 10 to 15 days.
